Can anyone advise me on this, want to use Horsetail herb to get silica into my babes but can't get fresh only dried from Ebay, will I still get all the goodness ( magnesium, calcium, iron, Silica , cobalt , ) from dried or not , Ta.:stylez rasta smoke:
