I don't have much exp to the table, but mine seemed happier with a rest of 4 or 6. Didn't specifically see stress at 24, just kinda the gut unscientific feeling lol

I have grown 24 hours straight in veg mode for years. With photos and autos. I may be wasting a bit of hydro but no one can tell if they are running 24 7 days a week. There is no 12 on 12 off for the hydro co to get there panties in a not and snitch you out to the coppers. That is why I am growing indoors for the first time in 15 years this year will be my first back into the great indoors lol I am sorry Tang you are right this should be a new thread. I hope the mutation was not so abd that you might consider growing it out still

Day 15.
All moving along nicely now,the Auto White Widow has realised she is in a competition and has started to grow at a normal rate,still a very interesting plant can't wait to see what she looks like in 2 or 3 weeks,the back up AWW has also mutated on the second set this time the leaves are conjoined creating a tiny cone. The Sweet Special auto has the edge on size over the Moonstone but the Dragon smells much nicer with that lovely hash smell still.
I have an AutoX (the last of my magic beans from the packet that created my two biggest plants) and an Auto Ultimate at the same age as these 3 and both are bigger but under different lights,I will introduce them very soon.

I am SO glad you decided to keep the mutant, X-MEN unite! I have never grown autos this will be my first time however I have quite a bit of expereince with photo mutants. I almost always jumped for JOY when I saw a mutant plant especially one like the first AWW. Reason being, as stated before the yeilds were always crazy big. It's like the only mutation that it causese is more branches and budsites.
I used to cull all my mutants but then I got this one DP feminized Blueberry(when femenized strains were first becoming available, so mutants were more common then as with the newer auto gentics I have a feeling mutants may be pretty common(yaaaay that mutated from start to finish and it was just so cool looking I decided to let it go ahead and grow. It was the single most bud I have ever gotten off of a single indoor DWC plant at almost 800 gs dry weight.
It may be different for autos due to the way they grow, but I don't think so I think it will end up being a straight bush!
Also did I get that right, you are doing your last 2 AutoX's(YAAAAAAAAAY) that makes me pretty happy to see you do it again with what I am about to start. Sorry for the long post

How do you get your girls off to such a flying start!?!?!
I'll try and take a piccy of my little AWW - Admittadly is around 5 days or so younger than your girl and under a little blue CFL ... but the sizes are not comparable (and both of mine look the same so it's not seed error ... it's grower error!!! ugh -->me<-- )
I seem to waiting forever for the tap root to sink while nothing much happens on top :hmmph:
I've been thinking of getting a seedling starter guide up on AFN as it's where a lot of AF growers stumble (*cough cough*). Clearly i shouldnt be writing it ... we just need someone who's really REALLY good at starting seeds .... a real master ... like seedling ninja
