I'll be honest, I haven't tested temps throughoput the whole thing. Not saying don't, just that I haven't.

During the spore growth I had it in a box on my bookshelf and now it's in the open, in that humidity tent, I have it sat on top of my growtent. I'd guess it's somewhere around 30degrees up there, I'll have a check and let you know.

Not even sure what temps these Hawaiians need actually lol....

I put the spawned Wbs into a small container with a 50/50 coco verm mix 3 days ago. I checked today and have no visible contams and new growth in the coco. I'm thinking 3 - 4 more days then ill case and fruit.
In the excitement of seeing the wbs being fully colonized I forgot to take pics before mixing. Sorry about that but ill take pics before casing.

I'm actually having more fun watching the mushrooms grow than my buds atm.... Is this your first go as well?? I'm getting about 10/15 different mushrooms growing to about half height in around 24/36hrs, it's insanley fast. When the first few pins come through the casing you may notice a few which start to grow and then almost stop dead. Don't waste these... I read somewhere that aborted pins are twice as strong as true mushrooms. I can concur this theory, I had three tiny 'aborted' pinheads the other night and BOOM!!! Just as good as a lot of acid sessions I've had. I wasted the next batch eating them too soon lol, way too excited. But now they're coming daily. Looking forward to seeing your progress dude.

So you just ate the pins? I would let them there for the second flush. I'm just anxious to find out what species I'm growing lol. I forgot to label the lc jar I used for this run. Could be PE or golden teacher.

Oooh, very nice. I've just ordered some more Hawaiians and also some Koh Samui's. I've got two started at the same time so hopefully I'll finally be able to judge for myself whether a cube really is just a cube lol. I don't think so, I'm almost positive there's a difference in the trip effects. Needs some experimentation I think lol. Keepers Creepers are next on the list.

Yeah, I'm sure once a pin decides to stop growing the only thing it's doing is sucking nutrients up from the cake so I presume if you take it out of the game you'll end up getting more mushrooms for doing so. No idea if it's working or not cuz I'm getting loads as it is but yeah, I had three about 2cm tall, that was perfect. Lost in the cosmos

I would enjoy trying this. ive thought about it many times but never went for it. for the kits one of my buddys bought one not sure what kind he grew. well he harvested them. then his dad found him dead in his room with blood running out of his nose. kinda scary to kill yourself over it unless he got bad spores or some fake kit or something. is this pretty hard to grow them? I may have a stab at it if I can find a good guide to go by.

The hardest part is being sterile and maintaining proper temps. Besides that I would say it 1000 times easier then growing weed.

So how do these rate as compared to the old "magic mushroom"? and do they work on pain?
I would love to get some after all these years, and will not trust the streets for anything. i see there are so many kinds, and i dont recognize any of the names.
