I been asked many times to give fim advice so I figure I just post how I do because I think some people are cutting off too much and stunting their plants. you no need to cut off that much. I don't recommend new growers to try unless they have a spare. in case shit goes wrong.know what im sayin. ok first she is 15 days today and on her 4th node.here is the tools your gonna need.

ok now see she on her 4th node. you can barely see the crotchs of 4th node.

now use your finger tips to fold down leaves, like they were set of lips, so you can get the tip of plant up and leaves folded so crotches show like this.

now like I said you don't have to cut off much. mine don't feel a thing because look how small. smaller than match head.

now she give me at least 10 fat colas and I don't have to take risk of breaking with lst. all I gots ta do is kick back and wait for her to do her thing. hope yall learned something. I post this in my sig also. peace and stay baked my friends

Awesome Bro..... I think mine was a success! May be a stupid question but how do you know how many colas your gonna get? Especially since she is so young.....

no problem roark. hey papa munch, you count each crotch or node as 2 colas. and then on top if its fim right you should have 3-4 more. but if its only 2 more on top than that was a top and not a successful fim. theres a fine line on cutting to little or to much.i would rather cut too much personally I think either way gives best yield for my grow space and lighting. I will know for sure if it was top or fim in couple days. and update back here
