this thread will be regarding grows using fox farm soil and nutrients.

i know that theres a couple of fox farm users out there so i was hoping that we can all distribute to this thread and help each other out.

compare pictures / notes / feeding schedule etc etc.

i was wondering if anyone has ran a comparison grow with the ff trio vs ff trio + solubles and if they seen a big difference?

are the solubles worth it? would you recommend it?

im currently running the basic ff trio at the moment and am looking to add (soluble) to my arsenal by the next grow (if its worth it)

looking to get an idea of how much the solubles helps the grows.

please feel free to post your results.

Hey herbal saw the new ff thread and figured i'd chime in.I used the ff trio on one grow and then tried the trio with the ff soluable bloom boosters on the next.I didn't see a huge difference in yield between the 2,especially for the price of the soluables. You have to be careful with those soluables-they are HOT.Going to run ffof soil on this new round coming up so i'll be watching and comparing notes with everyone.

I use the solubles my first grow and am using the liquid trio now. The only difference I am seeing so far is that its harder to burn plants with the liquid trio.

thank you for stopping by phoenix.

i seen that your RO system was down (sorry about that) -- but im glad that your chiming in with you FF grow round!

part of the reason why i made this thread was because of the soluble price ITS TOO EXPENSIVE. lol

but looking at the schedule -- it would seem that they will last forever considering youre only using 1/2 - 1/4 tsp per gallon mix at a time.

there are sample quantities that you can buy -- so i might start with that at first to see if i like it and to see if it will justify the cost.

definitely looking forward to your results my friend.

will you be using the solubes this round or running a side by side if you have the space?

hey evol.

thank you for your input bro.

besides the solubles burning the ladies -- was there a big difference that you seen?

regardless it be a 1 gram difference and such -- frostyness -- etc.

Yup,i'm definately runnin ffof this time around as i CAN use my tapwater with that without any problems, just sucks to have $300 worth of newly replaced AN nutes and can't use them without my ro or a ton of distilled. Those ff soluables run $39.99 a can at my garden shop=way overpriced! Honestly i won't be runnin the soluables in this run-i stored them wrong for 2 years and they apparently got moisture somehow and turned into stone just about.I don't trust them so they went south.Space is primo right now with 37 babies on my hands,i hope i got enuf ffof to cover the lot until sexing!

Hello fellas
I used the liquid trio for a while, just recently switched to AN. I still use the solubles :D with my AN nutes as well as FF Big Bloom. Big fan of the solubles here. No time to elaborate at the moment but ill be back. Great thread :smokebuds:

put it htis way -- atleast youll have some nutes to use once the RO system is back and running. lol

with or without the solubles -- i am still looking forward to seeing your ff grown final result.

I'm still on my first grow with the liquid but it looks about the same. Hee is a link to my first grow with the solubles https://www.autoflower.org/f5/evols-first-auto-grow-12041.html
And my current grow with the liquid https://www.autoflower.org/f8/evol-seeds-breeding-project-13874.html

You can compare the 2 kvs in my new grow with the (single cola)kvs from my old. Don't go by the russian rocketfuel because its a rrf betty boo combo in my new grow so the genetics are different.

thanks for the links evol! will be reading those when i get the chance.

in the mean time -- if you have any side by side completed result pics with/without the solubles then that would be nice to see.

please feel free to post the pictures and share the goodness.

if anything else -- this thread can provide some help for new growers looking for nutrients with proven results.
