I just ordered stealth, I think it was like $11 or something. I don't see the reason to go super. It all came very discreet, in a dvd case. Trackable the whole way. I recommend them, and will def order there again. My other choice was attitude, but they charged alot more for shipping. Hope that helps.

MD,just a heads up,never disguss how the seed banks ship there seeds or what they hide them in.I did it once and got some shit over it.It's easy for the postal service to monitor our site and find shit out that we really don't want them to no.

Day 6

Quick update before the big day. Can't wait until tomorrow to setup my new toys.

I gave EZ #1 and EZ #2 another watering today. And EZ #3 and Critical both popped. I put them in 3 gal pots with OF just like the first 2 beans. I will probably put #1 and #2 under the MH right away, but will most likely keep #3 and critical under cfl's until they sprout and get their first leaves.

Here's a few pics. EZ #2 is alot shorter than #1 was at this point. I'm guessing #1 stretched a little in the beginning because I was paranoid and had the cfl's a little to far away. (1-2" away now)

Btw the super stealth is awesome. Worth it IMHO.

Well since so much has changed to my grow since it started, I got my thread title changed. (Thanks Muddy, you're the man). In other news, Amazon fucked me or maybe it was fedex. Either way, everything came yesterday like it was supposed to except for my tent, which should be here tomorrow. Will have a full update at that time.

Day 10


Finally my tent arrived this morning. Time for a much needed update.


Just to recap my new setup:


-2x4x5 grow tent
-600w HPS/MH with air cooled hood and dimmable ballast
-6in Inline fan (435cfm) with speed controller
-4 plants now: 3 Easy Ryder and 1 RQ Critical
-Will get carbon filter soon.


First off, this light is a fucking monster. Being new to this, you just don't realize how big/bright its gonna be. The fan is no joke either. At full speed its like a fighter jet. With that being said, I don't regret getting them. I have no doubt this will vastly improve my yield, and love having the ability to lower the lights and fan intensity which will give me great flexibility.


Right now I have everything on full blast. MH is about 18" away from tallest plant. Temps at canopy are ranging from 84f - 86f with 50% RH. I would like to lower the temps a little bit, I'm just doing trial and error at this point to see which combo works the best. I might lower the light to 75% (450w) to see what that does, as I think that would be sufficient power at this point.


Anyway, I'm very satisfied with everything I've got and can't wait to see the results. Here's a few pics of the new setup. Feel free to comment, give advice, etc... Later

This doesn't really make sense to me. Why would someone give you a hard time when it says right on the seed banks' websites that they ship in DVD cases and hide seeds in various items to guarantee delivery. Why would a postal worker waste time monitoring grow forums when the information is readily available on the seed banks' sites. Just a thought...

Quick update. Nothing new really. Decided I'm going to cut a hole in my closet floor tomorrow and vent my exhaust into the crawlspace. Got the girls under the 600 @ 75% (450w), but I wanna go full blast so I gotta do it to control the heat. Anywayz, here's a few pics.

Venting into the crawl space proved to be a good idea. Temps in the tent and grow room are much cooler. Yesterday I switched the lights from 24/0 to 20/4 and the girls seem to love it. Will update in a few days. Peace.
