New Grower First Grow Journal- Northern Light Auto

Thanks guys, I guess I'll just see what happens. Today is the first full day since it happened, and still no progress. She is still growing a LOT though. I'm going to have to make some changes tomorrow, she's starting to grow into the lights. Any ideas for why the new growth would be droopy? Too close to the lights or damage from the branch break?

Tried to hot glue two of the CFL sockets farther from the plant for the night until I could make some changes today, and both fell. No broken stems (thank god) but some burned leaves. I'm getting really stressed out about this plant! So much has gone wrong this week! Didn't know two little 20watt CFLs could burn a plant in just a few hours at most.
Should she still be ok?

No worries, growgirl. Those leaves won't heal, but otherwise the plant will be OK. She's looking fine, so try not to stress! :smoke:

It's official, she's outgrown her grow box. Getting so big! I had to setup a makeshift area for her in the closet until I'm able to paint the closet white and I'll be growing in that for the rest of the grow, but I'll block off part of it. Also I cut off the branch that was broken because it was hanging by a thread still and it was dead...very dead.

She's getting so biiigggggg! Im a little bit jealous I can't lie lol. When the CFLs fell, they didn't break did they? They g have mercury in them and since it's bad for people I can't imagine it being real good for the plant lol

Thanks wdwa! I'm pretty proud of her since she's my first grow!
None broke when they fell, they didn't even fall all the way they kind of just dangled there but they dangled on some of the leaves which is why they burned ):

Hi growgirl, looks like it's all going well

I've done seven CFL grows and made all the mistakes a noob can in the beginning!

As the plant matures you can keep it closer to the light, after week two i would keep the light six inches away.

As far as dolomite lime goes you are better off getting the powdered variety, since it's best to mix your compost at least 1 month before planting, so the lime gets to integrate with the soil. Your variety may work but will take longer to break down.

Day 30 Updates!

30 days from sprout today! She grew a lot over the past few days! Seems like it's slowed down a bit now! I think she might have went into flowering? Should I replace the 6500k bulbs with the 2700k bulbs now?

some of the pistols seem to be burned. Could this be light burn?
