We are legal here, so no worries on that! We skipped medical all together and went straight to decriminalization, then legal all together a year later. Technically 5-10 plants is a $25 civil fine, under 50 is a misdemeanor. Public possession up to an oz is legal, and anything between 1oz and 1lb is a $25 fine.

Wow that's better than NY. The old guv signed the MRTA law in March, and the new guv finally named a chair for the NY Office of Cannabis Management this month, and they say we'll be allowed 6-12 plants no later than 18 months after whenever they get around to making rules for retail sales.

In other words, i might not live that long, so i went ahead and been growing since a month after the MRTA was signed. As a matter of fact, I just got a delightful whiff of my un-filtered grow-room exhaust blowing in my office window. A-a-a-a--a-h-h-h-h....

The most hilarious part is that the 1lb limit for the fine is cannabis in *any* form... so you could literally walk around with a pound of concentrate and it would only be a $25 fine
