New Grower First grow - Leaf damage

any decent grow store will carry neem. Its spendy for some brands, but I would google it and do some quick research first!!

....Leafminers! :cuss:They're a mini-caterpillar, and easy to kill fortunately,... though, I don't know any home remedies personally,... For $10 at Home Despot you can get Capt'n Jacks Dead Bug, a foliar spray which has Spinosad in it; it's a fairly broad spectrum bug killer, organic/food safe, leaves minimal residue,... the active ingredient is derived from a bacteria; like pyrethrum (made from chrysanthemums), it's a neurotoxin... :xlaugh: - no mercy! ... there is also a variety of products that have actual bacteria (bacillus) that are lethal to caterpillars,...when ingested, it ruins their guts!... a similar strain is the active ingredient in mosquito dunks, etc., used to kill fungus/soil gnats,... So, I know you were angling for cheap, but you'll get a lot of killing mileage out of the spinosad/pyrethrum products for your dollar, and as an outside grower, you will need them again for other things,... I grow OD's too, and have been using the spinosad for 2 years now, and am very happy with it's effectiveness, low toxicity to other things, and low residue....:goodluck:
