Yes, I've since found that they were orignally rings just crushed for storage. So Romeo was on right track.

Also now might be a good time to weigh your pots with all that sand and pebbles and keep in mind your last soil moisture reading. As I use coco and run feed through it till its pouring right through everyday my weight won't swing to much except when draining, you being in soil you need to know when it's starting to feel light and dry. Our pretty pebble arrre pretty but do not let you access the soils surface.
You got it all layed down now so I don't know if its me being lazy or what but I might let the Dunks slide this jem run.

in for some crazy freaky weather over the next 30 hours, wind gusts up to 125kmh and the possibility of tornadoes, im 3 flights up and on the broadwater so my balcony will cop some extremely heavy wind, this will test my ghetto grow box, I built the box in an area that protects it from most of the bad wind i get but where it could still catch a breeze, but whats predicted is winds i never considdered. if things get really bad i may have to move the plants inside, but that will involve breaking light cycles....
so fingers crossed it doesnt get as bad as they say and fingers crossed that if it does my box withstands the pressure

Good luck down there man hope your grow holds itself together.:amazon: Heard there was a few tornadoes in Bundaberg. Rough stuff! We don't often get torandoes.. I love living up a hill and just set back from the coast, not the right conditions for that shit.
