Can someone tell me if this is mould

and here is a close up with my bew phone attachments for the tricones what do people think? Is my plant ready ?

I would say looks like some bud rot so take off any leaves that are brown ect and if I were u I wouldn't let it go much further as u will loose more bud as for how ready she is she definitely looks to have some time but I would chop it and not risk it.
