First time in coco

First time growing in coco with canna coco proffesional plus and i just planted 13 seeds wich 7 sprouted and 6 never saw the light of day.
i germinated 6 more seeds and put them in the coco an hour after i had moistened the coco and none of the 6 has sprouted.
i plant the seed just below the surface 5-10 mm and tail down, in soil last time i had a 100 % sucsess rate but in coco it seems way harder.
is the reason that coco dries out way to fast ? have around 26-29 degrees celcius in room and 30 % humidity wich i know is low and a little high in temp.
is it that when i see the medium dried out a little that the water i supply them with once more pushes them down or drowns them ?
i am really lost when it comes to getting seeds to sprout in coco so all advice and tips would be really appreciated. i dont want to loose more seeds .(
dident find to much info on the net so i really need some help here.

Cup of water then moist paper towel worked for me everytime 100% kept somewhere warm till white sprouts are1/4 inch long then plant them I'm no pro but works for me

@junecon Welcome to AFN . Your RH is way to low and your coco will dry out too fast for germination. Get a bag of seed starter and put a big fistful in a divot in the coco and plant your seed in the seed starter 1/2" deep. Keep the seed starter ~80°F RH 80%. If you cannot get the humidity up at least over 60% use a plastic dome with air holes to get it up over the seed until it is up. Then take the dome off so you do not get "Damping Off".

Another good way to start seeds is in rock wool cubes or Root Riots. I use rock wool in my system.

Did you put a humidity dome (upside down cut clear plastic bottle with a few holes) over them when you dropped them into the Coco?

No i diden't but i will definitely try that again when my new seeds now are ready for potting.

Thank you and Thanks for the advice, i will definitely try the seed starter and find a way to increase my RH cause my only one humidifier dont do the trick
