So after yesterday’s feed I didn’t notice anything strange or drastic as a result of that questionable bud factor x I threw into the mix. I did notice a slight amount tip burn/curl as I had also upped the base nutes. They’re looking quite green as a result. When I mixed up today’s feed I stayed with the increase in base nutes.Things overall are rolling along quite well. I am a bit tight in the tent though. Earlier Ihad considered clearing out more of thelower growth so as to let the plants focuson their most dominant colas but I decided there’s still plenty of time left and I’d like to see what can come from them as a whole. I’m happy to make edibles with anythingthat just doesn’t quite make the cut! Lol!
Pic 1 is [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], 2 and 3 are [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG], 4 and 5 are [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG], and the last is obviously a group shot in the tent.
Also, upward growth continued on plant#3. She’s now 30in tall, the others seemed to have stopped at just under 37in and 24in. I’m hoping [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] is done and can start to focus on flowering! Forgot to mention... that experiment I had going with only the furthest behind plant using a reflector, it’s been cut short! I would say that it wasn’t going to pull ahead in my opinion, but from what I saw I didn’t want my other two to go any further without using the reflectors as well. Especially since I have a lot of sites halfway down I figure I’d want the most light intensity/penetration I can get at this stage!

Plants are looking great.
Always be careful upping those base nutes as tip burn can spread quickly. I like to push them as well and have recently hit it with mine at 5g per gallon. I’m off to the tent now to add a little fresh water to my reservoir. Just trying to take it down from an EC of 2.3 to 2.1 or somewhere close to that. She is drinking quite a lot so it won’t take long for her to empty this reservoir full. I started to see tip burn on fan leaves under my canopy, but that has spread to the bud sites as well so am adjusting accordingly. In a couple weeks I want to start the MedMan method for final bloom and see how that works out.

Thanks for the warning! I honestly never even had the thought occur that it could spread to the buds.... I’ll keep a real close eye on them going forward! Not familiar with medman’s method but it will be something to read up on when I get a chance.@R_HIDIA

Here is a closeup from this morning notice the tips. It’s just starting and since I know I’m there I can back off a little.
MedMan method is pretty simple. Last two weeks of feed you cut your base nutes in half and double your p/k booster till flush or finish, however you choose.
Last night I did what I think would be the last defoliation as 2 of the plants were quite bushy. I say this because I believe that any further into flowering will have adverse effects. Now I still feel like they are going to have a challenge getting light to all sites at this point but I’m just trying to play it safe... I’d love to hear people’s input on lollipoping? Anyone have experience lollipoping autos mid flower?

Read about it somewhere else here on the forum and they seemed to think it was a great idea and I’m always one to experiment, so what the heck.
Decided to get a what I believe is going to be their final measurement in regards to height. In order of furthest development
37in, 25in, 31in... did a little more defoliation tonight in order to get more light to some covered sites. I have to say overall I’m very happy with where things are at. It’s starting to look like the furthest behind plant may possibly be the top producer or not too far off as I’m assuming she’ll probably have an extra week in the tent either on her own or perhaps with plant [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG]. With that extra room I can really try and open her up as much as the branches allow and see what can be gained in the last week or so. I’m thinking 3 weeks away from plant [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] coming down and 4 and possibly a few more days for the last.

On a side note, I like that order... 213... for those that may be familiar 213 was Snoop, Nate Dogg, and Warren G... a few excellent songs on their self-titled album from 2004! Check it out! Just a very smooth groove and vibe. I think MLK is probably the best track on that album so that’s the one I’ll direct you to if I had to pick one to try and convince you! Lol. It’s late and my mind is wandering! Ok bed time!
