Lighting Fugue State, Autocobs, and Advanced Nutrients

Well that sounds like it could be a culprit... Sounds like they will be happy again soon.

Damn looks like you got a war going on. Keep on fighting! They look good!

What is your EC? Are you using STRAIGHT Coco? What kind? I feed stronger than that with AN and Coco. I use 6ml per gal of A/B for my base nutes at that age.
Straight coco using Canna Coco. Unfortunately I can’t test for EC as I don’t have a meter to measure that yet. I had been feeding stronger but backed off and went to 1ml/L after seeing tips go white on new growth and older leaves. I’m thinking perhaps I advanced issues with stronger concentrations of revive in conjunction with the feed. Anyways I mixed up 2.5L jugs with 2ml/L CaliMagic and 1ml of A&B per 2.5L jug and gave them each 2.5L. We’ll see where we stand on Monday night.

As well, thank you all for following along and offering support and advice. It is beyond appreciated. I’m actually thinking this will still turn out to be a decent grow after really giving them a once over earlier tonight. Just a bit of a speed bump that I’m hoping remains just that- a speed bump. Fingers crossed! Thanks again to all you amazing people here on afn!

So I had a look when I got back from work. Call me crazy but I think things are improving in regards to the issues cited (purple/dark red petioles) but, it also looks like the light feed in the water has left the plants needing more. That, I’m not so worried about. I think I’ll be able to water them again tomorrow and when I do, I’ll mix an appropriate feed and see where that gets us. There’s also been a bit more growth. The tallest is now 31in and the other two are 20, and 19in tall. I’ll see about possibly posting some pics later. Just about to watch book club with the wife! Lol. But not without a bag or two of gorilla glue [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] from my extreme q! Lol

Day 43
Pulled them out this morning and cleaned up the lowers a bit and opened up the plants a bit more. Things have gotten a bit better and I’m expecting to feed them later today. The other thing I plan to do going forward with their watering is I’m going to definitely up the amount they’re drinking as I’m sure they can handle much more than what they’ve been getting. They’re currently 31, 21, and 19 inches tall. I’m optimistic that this might just turn out to be a decent result. I’ll put up pics later

Still Day 43

I just finished watering them. Things look a bit better. Gave them just under 5 litres between the 3. Curious to see how things look tomorrow. Had a bit of oops earlier this morning but didn’t notice it until I was watering- I accidentally half-snapped a bottom main branch when I was opening things up a bit. It separated from the main stalk a bit. I taped it up should be fine but I’ll be sure to be more careful.

Day 44
Well things are moving along. Aside from the issues I brought up earlier things are progressing. A bit more height but I think they’re just about done stretching. They’re currently at... shit... I’m thinking I just forgot! Lol. Ok I think I got it now... 33in, 23, and 20in. I’m seeing excellent progression with the buds on the tallest one. The other two are starting to pick up as well. I’d say the tallest is 7 days ahead of the second tallest and the shortest one is 4-5 days behind. As for starting a few pots in the corners early as these get closer to the end I don’t think I’ll have the room for that. Things are getting tight in the 2x4 as of right now.

Looking at the picture above, the left is the 20in plant that is 4-5 days behind. The light has now been brought to 25 in above the top. The centre is the tallest 33in plant that is furthest along. The light is at 17in above the top. That’s about as high as I can set it. The final plant on the right is 23in tall and is the furthest behind (my approximation is 7 days) I’ve decided to experiment at this point for my own curiosity and perhaps to give info to others... I’ve seen a few threads where people have compared reflectors vs no reflectors on plants and so on. In my opinion we’ve never really seen a clear and precise outcome to tell us one way or the other what is best at one point or another. The main reason for me believing this is because the plants we’re all typically growing on here are autos. We’ve all seen and discussed the fact that the phenos can be all over the map. I’m not saying that this is going to do that- (giving us a precise outcome)what I am saying is that throughout my grow my light height has always been consistent with my two shorter plants and even with the tallest (until I ran out of space to maintain the same distance) I did use reflectors at certain points of the grow for a week or so and then again for a few days. Now, seeing that my plants have been consistent in their development and everything else has been consistent in regards to light and feed, I’ve just put a reflector on the 23in tall plant that is furthest behind in development to see if it catches up to the shorter more advanced plant. I think if it does I’d be somewhat inclined to say that the reflectors are a good thing in early flower and if that’s the case I’ll let it ride and see how things go beyond that. Ok, I guess it’s something to keep us interested! Lol.
