fun in a tub

[Sourdough]

Hello every body.
So I planted 12 seeds in one tub as an experiment. These are seeds i made over the years using differnt genetics that caught my fancy. They have alway been bred out side for hardyness. My soil is TLO. Can't tell you exactly what's in it, because it is not new. But it is pretty broad as far as amendments go. I'll hopefully keep this log up dated as time goes on. And this is my first grow journal so if I forgot or need to add anything let me know

Here are some pics..... One is a over view of the whole tub. Then there are a few of the pics that are of the baby's that burned from the soil being to hot. Most it didn't seem to bother to much.

I've thought about doing something like this, if anything just for fun. Are you planning on just growing them in the tub the entire time? I have a micro cab I put 4, 1/2 gallon fabric pots in, but have thought about doing like 3 in 1 tub. Those tiny pots need watering every day regardless of life cycle, and it gets a bit old after a while. By the time you finish these, I should be ready to plant in it again, so do it up bruddah! Take care.:smoking: Haha I just did the math, and on the 2 full grows I have done in it, I have poured 250ml of liquid 560 times! (rough estimate) 4 plants, times 70 days, time 2 grows.... Holy crap I need something more efficient, lol. Talk to you later, bud.

Yes I will be allowing them to finish in the tub. It kinda is a test to see what will happen.... I have 10 30 gal tubs of soil I want to put in my back yard this summer..... I wish they were all females.....

So I figured I would do a little update on my tub. The ones that burned didn't seem to miss a beat. That makes me HAPPY

Yeah he gets excited when we bust the harness out. The water hole is about 300ft down a hill. Great water, its hard to tell in pics but the water comes out of a coal and shale bed. Only water I can grow hydroponicly with around here.

Thanks darkmatter. The soil was a little hot but didn't seem to bother them to bad... They seemed not to miss a beat. It will be interesting to see what they do in the big tub so close together.
