New Grower G'Day from OZ. 1st time grower here going to use the Auto-Pot Hydro System

Also remember that for the PH perfect part of these nutes to work you need to be starting with a low PPM water. I use distilled water and it is dead on 5.8 every time......now only if I grew hydro. :face:

Hope this stuff has helped!

Not sure what my PPM is, need one of those meters as well. Ordered one from Ebay but never got it. Had to get a refund. Any recommendations on a good one everyone uses?

Day 4 on agp2 and she is still this small. Only been giving her a shotglass of water every other day. Been keeping her under a humidity dome. Temps avg 77. Running an airdome under her during the day. What am I doing wrong? Am I that bad?

Looks fine for a 4-5 day old seedling. It's most likely working on its root system at the moment. Might stay like that for a few days then it'll probably try to pop out another set of leaves. Have you considered adding a DIY Co2 generator?

Make sure to have a tube running from the bottle on-top of your plants, also make sure to have no direct air-flow (like a fan) near the plants. I've seen some slight increases in growth when I added a small co2 gen to my grows.

You may be able to find a better deal out there somewhere but for the 4 1L bottles on amazon it is $118.75 and ships Prime if you have it haha.

Amazon.com: Advanced Nutrients Hobbyist Bundle: Patio, Lawn & Garden

Was going to order this tonight but they don't ship to Australia. I found another set on Ebay out of a NYC seller but they are charging 155 + 95 shipping to my part of the world. Is it worth it THAT MUCH?

Still don't have the Oakton PH meter I ordered of Amazon almost a month ago.

I'll give this a try after I finish a couple bottles of Schweppes Raspberry soda. HAHA :)

Hey man, that seems like cruel and unusual punishment to charge that much to ship!!! You shouldn't be penalized the part of the world you hail from.
How about Rock Nutrients? They hail from your continent. I am not n expert by any means, but their stuff is doing right by me and I know they are happy to work with folks to make sure your doing ok with their stuff. Being in IT it's all about the support for me and they provide it.

But do they have anything that adjusts PH automatically? That's what I'm looking for.

Week 4 + 4 days on the 60 DW. How does she look? Feel free to rip me apart, I need to know the cold hard truth about the conditions of this first grow so I can learn more so go ahead, rip it apart. Here's the new tent setup with some GN porn. How far am I behind the schedule? It's over 30 days old now and this size, does it look 2 weeks behind or 3 weeks behind?

My eyes are telling me there's some stretch going on. The leave nodes are v shaped praying for what? light? Magnesium? There 2 yellow tips. I still don't have my Oakton PH meter so I'm PH'ing with a soil meter, lol. Today I made up a 3L batch of nutes with tap water...grow A + B and CalMag, then PH'd down to 5.8 on the soil meter. Then tray fed the bottom and the plant sucked it up in about 8hrs or lses. I've been foliage feeding PH'd tapwater and CalMag with some Seasol everyday I give it a spritz.

Ok, how bad is she?
