well I wouldnt say its MORE O2 necessarily.but its more of an even distribution of the Air and even drying. they are larger stones or they really small?I have only used them a few times.Im not immensely familiar with them but I have seen and heard of issues here n there.Thats all.Use them broseph.Not trying to dissuade you from not using them,just passing on some tips is all.Happy sprouting buddy!

but all pots its about even feeding,even distributions of materials and moisture,life and easy root movement.Just make sure they are not under the sproutling when popping your seed. other than that enjoy the Tabs man.I like them. you across the pond bud? might wanna look at KIS organic or Build a Soil Coots mix or similar from them for future grows.Stellar mixes.The tabs are excellent too just can require a little bit more work.I grow with thee least effort.half the time I literally water only.I dont do nadda typically cuz i am a lazy old grower.LOL and KIS and biotabs work exceedingly well together BTW enjoy buddy!

It's all good buddy, you are prompting good thoughts, always interested in different points of view, the GS2 growstones are small, only slightly bigger than perlite, they do GS1 also and they are chunky lumps, I've got an experimental grow in GS1 at the moment, pure hydroponic, but it's such a pain having to pH and EC and adjust nutrients to avoid nute burn etc, you become a slave to the grow, it's enjoyable, but I have other things to be doing also

I've been looking at Coots and KIS mixes, listening to podcasts, lots of good info, picked up on the malted barley already, just watering is the ultimate gardening IMO not lazy, just as natural as can be, and it's fascinating trying to recreate a naturally good soil in a pot is a challenge in itself, I'm UK side of the pond so not sure where I can buy the mixes, but I know that's where I'm headed, the tabs are a stepping stone to KIS. Also tabs are good with autopots and I like those pots.

once you hit the 100% organic mark ,you will have more time with family and other stuff Other than growing. Organics takes care of istelf for the most part.some teas and so on but literally that ,and water when needed.Yeah buddy,the Tabs are a SOLID step in that direction too.Best of Luck buddy!
