I have 3 flowering right now.
1x sativa pheno
1x indica pheno
1x runt

Lighting
1x auto cob
1x King Led 1200 (230 true watts)
I'll be adding another auto cob later this week.

They are on day 57 from seed which puts them a little over 8 weeks. This strain is advertised as an 8 to 9 week strain which clearly is not happening. They are thriving nicely and look great to me. Just kind of slow.

3 questions.

1. There Is not really a dank smell yet and not much resin production yet either and this strain Is also advertised as extremely resinous. When will these kick in?

2. From the pics how long would you guess they have left? Do they look on track for 57 days in? Like I stated my guess is 4 to 5 more weeks. What do you think?

3. I think personally I can pull 4 ounces per plant easily. They have a super tight node structure and lots of budsites. What do you think ballpark I'll yield from these ?

I think that you'll be lucky to get 2 Oz a piece in my opinion. As for the resin production, wait until the bud starts to put in weight, resin production will begin to kick in to overdrive then.

I'd be ok with 3 per plant. 2 is not going to satisfy the time I spent. So if that's the case and I only pull 2 per plant I'll need to pick a different strain and dial into my setup more.

I am. I have a black jack and a master kush both fems from nirvana vegging right now. I will probably flip them to 12/12 in 2 or 3 weeks.

I know people pull 4+ with autos all the time though. So I'd like to dial into my setup with autos so I can reduce my time spent on each grow. My goal is to get 1 pound per grow. That's 4 plants yielding 4 ounces each. Very doable even with autos.

I'm not saying that it isn't doable, but if you're looking for that kind of yield with an auto, you should look into doing some LST, and maybe adding in your third light next time around! Remember with the auto genetics though sometimes it's hit and miss. More so than photos I find. Regardless, happy growing, even if you get 2 Oz instead of the 4 you aspire for, well it's 2 Oz that you didn't have before!

If those buds all fatten up I don't see why you wouldn't get 4oz. Those girls are a good size. You will definately need that extra light and good nutes to get it.

Have yet to see a plant finish when the breeder said it would. Each plant reacts differently depending on the environment. The breeder uses ideal conditions as the base.

I don't think it happens nearly as often as you think it does. At the least, I certainly wouldn't count on it. Not without training and a bit of luck.

That said, GG4 does have a ton of budsites, and I wouldn't be surprised if you pulled 3 from that grow.

Hey bud, sound like your new to growing, I see you just joined recently. You cant look at a plant than isn't done growing and say oh that will produce xyz. It's tough to look at bud that's drying and say how much then too. You're only gonna get about 1/3 of your wet weight, very depressing lol. Like bignate89 said you need to train, train, train. If you think you going to get 4oz from every plant you grow without training indoors your wrong, sorry. I did a 234g gg4 I chopped in December, so yes you can get well over 4oz but I topped, lst, supercropped. Your strain will dictate most of the size but if you manage them right you can be rewarded. But just letting them go you will fall short most times. 4oz is a good plant, I would guess most dont average that. Dial your shit in bud, you got it there. You can reach your goal every time if you set yourself up. Try using coco, you can get some monster plants with it. A lot of work if you hand feed tho. Your plants look great, keep doing what your doing and you'll be fine.
