I just brought in these nice Mexican Sativa F2 ladies. Two distinct phenotypes:

planted in July, Harvested mid October.

Smell is very anise and spicy for the moment. Reminds me of absinthe with pepper.
Could be really nice. Will do a smoke report in a month or so.

My Outdoor season this year was a tremendous fail for the most of it. Mostly due to bad luck ,bad weather and of course not enough critter repellent! :cuss: At least these ladies pulled through. :toke:

Good buds Potsnob
Those plants look extra resilient, nothings munched on them ! Any reason you cant put them out in April ? those buds would be on 8 foot plants eh ?!!!

Yeah that would have been nice!!! ;) Will definitely do that next season. I could not put them out earlier this year as I was touring in China for a while...

I think that late planting was one of the main reasons that most of my plants got so much interest and attention from the local critters. They just love fresh green and in July the plants where the only fresh green "salad" around...

They are drying now and it smells really special. It has notes of anise/fennel and pepper with a sweet licorice undertone to it.:toke:
