My dad smoked weed since he was 20 or so, he hid it from me until I was about 15. I suppose he needed me to be old enough to understand that breaking the law is ok when the laws are based on corrupt prejudices etc.
Even now it's still a little surreal growing with dad aha...
Also my dad can be a pain at times, but that's dads for you so shhhhhhh... I didn't say that lol.

It's great to have something that you can build memories on with ur old man! My pop and I did share the love of mj but never grew together..wish we had! But some of my best memories are of me helping the old man wrench on his Hogs! Enjoy these times well ya got em bro! Can't wait to see ur grow journal as I will definitely sub up for your 1st journey with us. Welcome and Goodluck! !

My dad passed about 2 years ago, and he was a big supporter of legalization and had many a fond memory of time with MJ. I regret not getting into it sooner so we could have shared experiences; it's great to hear you two are going to get to enjoy that!
This is a great place for newbies as well; lots of great support from VERY skilled (and shockingly humble) growers, and patient but diligent mods looking out for you. Don't be afraid to ask; I've probably started half a dozen different threads in the new growers area and received nothing but solid answers and support every time!
