Yea, the 5w is probably better if you have the height.

I think my cab manufacturer OEM from Marshydro. My LED has the cab manufacturer logo and colors but looks identical the reflector 3 x 96 except mine is 5 x 96. Seems to be getting the job done but don't have anything to compare to.

I've bought copy leds 1200w and Mars ll 1600w there made by the same company but the Mars are far higher quality and run cooler got my 1600's in a 2m high tent.there at there max in height in the tent and all is looking well now as I did have them far to close and had no stretch what so ever
