Live Stoner Chat HEY HEY everyone! Newbie auto-grower here..Got any advice for a gal??

Hey!
Wow, there are almost as many nutrient companies as there are varieties of cannabis to grow! I agree with HH about a system. There are several companies that make a "grow kit" of their product. The one I am familiar with is the Rock Box from Rock nutrients. There is a bottle of everything you need to take care of your plants. I am sure there are many others. The nice thing is that you have what you need for a good grow in one box.
Well autos are often in need of cal mag supplements and you need pH adjustment... Other than that though you would be good to go.

Okay.. I could just be wayy over thinking things. I will definitely look into the ones you both just mentioned and go from there.. Thanks for the info!

I ordered the book Growing Autoflowers: A Professor Grow Guide by Justin Griswell and Victoria Young. Just arrived today.. Seems super informative and really breaks everything done! Time to blaze one and read up! :-)

Ok ladybug if you do what I did first time around you wont go wrong!

Fox farm happy frog! its a medium soil that wont burn her when shes a baby and will keep her fed to some degree after that all crazy time at 4 to 5 weeks when she is going to need some juice.
just make sure you ph your water at 6.5 and give her some bloom nutes at 1/4 strength when she starts to flower.
If you have prob. get some advice here.

HAHA NO WORRIES! Sometimes words dont come out right and I feel like Im typing for the first time! Thanks for info on soil. The book is Hella informative. Definitely worth checking out. Seems like they really know what there doing. Im just trying to get info/tips from as many resources as possible. The book suggests FOX FARM as well but more specifically the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting Soil with Ph ranging from 6.3-6.8.. Wonder what the difference between the happy frog and ocean forest are?!? I think im gonna stop by local shop after work and compare the two.
:Sharing One:

A belated Welcome LadyBudz :)

I've not used fox farm soil but i'm pretty sure there a difference in nute strength and one is better for seedlings than the other.
I'll try and find out which one is which and get back to you :)

All the best
Blue
:d5:

edit: Just realized :) JoeDirt already got it above - it's the happy frog soil that's good for seedlings.

Thanks for welcome Blue.. I'd probably be going crazy if i didn't have this network to reach out to people. LOL.. Definitely seems like Fox Farm is the way to go , just needing to compare different specific ones.. Im hearing Happy Frog and Ocean Forest
