my name is Blair from canada this is my second year of growing im trying a diffrent grow before i used potting soil now i am using reguler sunshine #4 i have lots of plant prod grower plant prod bloomer 10-52-10 plant starter i also i have some super thrive i just put my seeds in wet paper towel lastnight then i am going to put them in small containers of miracle grow potting soil to start then off to the garden any recomendations i am totally lost with this new bails of dirt i have any help at all would be appreciated also not very good with computers and bad eye sight so sorry for any misposting would like to get as much info as i can in one spot have a hard time reading thanks for welcoming me as i sayed any help would be appreciated

I'd recommend starting the seeds in their final containers if they're feminized and you're capable of doing it. If they're not feminized then I'd recommend starting them in at least 32 oz cups (1Litre or so) and then when they sex tiered transplanting them. I would not feed nutrients until the second week of the plant being above soil, day 8-10 typically for me. If you have guano products or very mild light compost teas, those are great to feed in the beginning as SS#4 is inoculated with some beneficial bacterias.
Do you have any root products? Beneficial bacterias?
I wouldn't use the superthrive, that's just me - but I don't like that stuff. Any nutrient that says "use a few drops per gallon" isn't for me.
Don't bother with the Miracle Gro soil, you have a primo medium in SS#4.

where i am located doesnt have much of a variety of grow supplies the seeds i have are females i have plant starter feratalizer 10-52-10 its water soluable for the roots does the ss#4 have enough nutes. to last for the first week or two should i start off at 1\8th or 1\4th and only bring it up half way i would like to make sure u can start the plants in ss4 without adding nutes or if i have to add them other then miracle grow its all we i also haveplant prod ultimate 15-30-15 flowering fertalizer 30-10-10 and ever green tree shurbs is this stuff too strong? im really unsure im also using all plant prod if the seeds go right right they should pop soon

Holy crappers Cliff you are ambitious 25 autos, That will keep you busy. I have not used alot of products yet so I really dont have much info on your stuff. Hang on awhile some one will know what all those numbers meen and if its good for cannabis. Good Luck and welcome to AFN.

Welcome to AFN ! You came to the right Place To Gather the info as well as learn a lot ! I am no Pro! But I would not use Miracle Grow!!! Here is something Muddy wrote to someone else with a similar question earlier...." All the nutrients are pretty much available world wide but soils can be more localized unless you want to pay big freight charges to have them shipped to you. If you are in the US, I would suggest you look either Pro Mix or Sunshine Mix. If you can get Pro Mix, which is what I and many other here use, I would suggest using it with the Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect line of nutrients. As long as your water source has ppm below about 125 they are very effective at keeping the pH in balance, thereby eliminating a lot of pH related issues that many growers experience."
