I have a 4AssMonkey, Blue Toof special, and Forum Stomper. The forum stomper got a “whoops” top, broke off the main stem. She seems to be coming back though. Anyway, all plants were layed over and are turning into bushes. Wondering when I should stop LST? Some of the stems are so thick I’m nervous about breaking them, but the side branches are pliable. Any suggestions?

I stop when I'm happy with size and shape and it's usually going into the start of flower.

Sent from my comfy chair.

I would stop the major LST bending once it goes in to flower but continue minor LST like tucking. And don't bend them too much in the first place IMO. I have found too much bending makes the plants too wide for me. I'm trying to figure how much to bend my plants and when still. Good luck and have fun.

I’m in preflower at day 28. Starting to see pistils, stretch should be starting now. I will do one more LST session on my Forum Stomper, then let them all beast mode until chop day!

The thing I have really learned so far is to have a plan for grow style before beans go into the ground. I used to top top top when I was doing Northern Lights [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] photos, but autos are different and need a different strategy. Thanks all!

Idk some member here I forget his name discovered by continuing to bend the big buds as they grew they would get unbelievaby fat like as big as a small melon. He had pics. Man I forgot who it was but the buds were massive. Look at greenskells inside plants. His cabinet is 31” to top of soil I think he said. He’s had similiar looking buds I think it’s the continual bending due to height restriction for him. I get scared when my buds get real fat and dense. I got hit by bud rot once and mold once that could be it was much earlier in my hobby and have my groom way more dialed in now. . Never again.
