New Grower Humic Acid ...

I bought a bag of this for my yard and I have some left over. Next grow will be 5x3 gal pots ... I use beneficial fungi along w/ very mild soil ... Would adding some of this to the soil for my next grow have positive benefits and if so how much would you add ... I purchased it to help improve the quality of my yard and encourage the growth of beneficial fungi ... anybody know if humic acid does that ?

Fox Farms Happy Frog soil has humic acid and is a lighter type soil which folks have good results with. Thinking of mixing some with my Ocean Forest next go around.
