Photography i need help

So this is my first time growing an auto and the leafs look really funny to me its in a hempy setup and I also using a spacebucket with 4 cfls I just need help figuring out wats going wrong

Are the leaves going blotchy and pale green or yellowing? Does New growth look healthy ?
