Was another decent morning on the river
Went and grabbed myself a new ugly stik rod and a couple more lures so decided to head down and test them out
Only caught 3 fish and a buzz while i was out but i did catch my first walleye ever
I know he's not a monster but hes my first and has given me the bug to search for those monsters lurking down there lol

He hit on a 2 inch white grub lol
Tried a bunch of different hard baits and nothing so decided to switch over to that and first cast and boom! it might have sunk 2 feet if that and he was on

this is my pike from 3 weeks ago, not been much fishing because a lot of work at school, I am in a permaculture farming school surronded by rivers and lakes out in the country side also cheapest and best weed in Sweden ... closest I can get to heaven
but my goal at the moment is NOT getting a fucking pike ... but a nice trout
using a 10 gr hook with a curly tail jigg and recently I got some powerbait just for the smell and movement but I am going to stop using that because ... yeah I get a pike after a pike after a pike .... I normally just catch and release until I get a big enough to feed 3 people and then I head back home so this pike spree has been the whole summer for me
I did get about a 2 pound perch in July while floading down a river high as fuck on a rubber tire ring but lost it as soon as I tried to bring it abort "S.S numnut" it dropped off the hook and I could not have cared less because everything else
the sun, the joints, the beer and the naked hippy girls swimming around
no pictures of the naked girls though because my wife is the one taking the pictures
to bad I have to go back to farming and 50 min drive to a decent lake/river in November when school ends
