Was wondering if this seems to be a good baseline on light intensity?

Also the resource I got this from still runs primarily red/blue diode lights. They state that chlorophyll A&B primarily catalyst red/blue over white light. Thicker stalks, denser flowers. And Basically it doesn't matter how bright the white lights are to a plant that mostly sees red/blue.

Now is this person stubborn and stuck possibly in their ways? Or does he hold some merit in tried and true methods?

Interesting question... If anything those numbers seem a bit low from everything else you commonly see around. Sorry I don't know the answer for you

This might be ok for photos but if you are leaving your lights on all the time, might fry autos... 850p seems high.

I have never seen that light reduction for the last 3 weeks to increase bud growth ... Is that a thing?

I wonder if this plays off of 'reduced temperature for the last few weeks' which seems to increase terps, etc for some people.
