In Mid Flower and stalled - what could cause stalling?

your're right. pictures are always best. I know that. And when I see threads with no pics, I say well too bad I won't be able to help you without pics.
I'll go take a couple of shots.
Both plants are the same everything except pheno's must be different.
Its the two Skywalkers in the front of this shot.
The left one was always the short and stout one with way more dense foilage. The one of the right was tall and lanky with tall spindly stems and skinny sativa leaves and really great white pistols and bud sites.
As stated earlier, both plants went 24 hours with a clog in a feed irrigation line that I noticed late and the pots felt very light. Since then the plant on the right has taken it hardest.
But both plants were while different pheno were very nice plants.
But while the left one looks good, they are both stalled to me. The left was started to frost a day ago after I added a reptile 10.0 UVB tube over top of it for a bit. But bud growth is stalled.
