In need of help ( first timer )

i would also say your soil pH is high. You may need to start watering to runoff to get a good volume of water to rinse out some nutes and help reestablish your soil
Ph but I would wait for someone with more experience to chime in.

@Daxxor Do you know the EC or PPM of your well water? I know you mentioned the pH of the water at 7. I didn’t mention anything about your soil choice as it didn’t appear to be causing a noticeable problem. I have heard Waira and others mention pH swings from FFOF during bloom due to breakdown of its components at about that time and I think you are about there with it. This was the first I’ve heard of inherent fungus problems.

I’m not too sure where to go from here with it. I grow with coco coir so my knowledge of soil is only from reading. I’ll see if we can get some folks in here to get some opinions as I know Waira is in high demand on AFN. @Mañ'O'Green @namvet25 @High'n'Dry

From what nursery girl told me, she is from the west coast and this is a horrible fungus they dealt with out there. Just going by what I was told, I cleared 1.5 inches deep around the plant slowly and replaced with fresh soil. My Well water is 7.0 and under 100 ppm. I mean seriously mushrooms in my soil WTH

Most mycelium and fungus bloom (mushrooms) are not a problem and can be very beneficial to root support. I am always happy to see mushrooms in my organic soil.

Girl told me to clean the soil area with a mix of 50/50 vinegar/water and then flush after 20 min. I removed it all. She said this stuff isn't good for anything, so I didn't want to chance it, I'm too new at this.

Fair enough, I think using a smaller pot allows for quicker drying of medium and more frequent watering which would mean more oxygen to the roots and replenishing nutes. I was going to start by using soil until another member here convinced me to try coco coir. I found it to be a bit more laborious but there are less variables involved which makes it simple for me. What the plant gets is what I feed it and nothing more. Did you add anything for increasing drainage into the FFOF? What are you going to use for soil with your Fruit Punch?

I am going to put the FPA in my other soil Black Gold and mixed fairly heavy with perlite and a moss/ peat mix. I will still use the Adv Nut GMB and Calmag and LS but that is all I am using.

Here is the Malana Bomb tonight, unbelievable change in her just in 1 day! Now she is perky and up , she was kinda droopy a bit with the yellowing tips, I don't even see any yellow now. I did a booboo and broke a long fan off by accident moving her around today =(

This is just one brand of fungi and bacteria growers pay to add to their soil. There are many. They are very good for plant growth. Flushing often does more damage to your microbial colony than you can repair in the time it takes your plants to ripen!

@Mañ'O'Green I didn't flush the entire 10 gallon pot, I ran the mixture on the side where it was at and then flushed that area, in all things considered, I PH'd the run off and I was at 6.6 from 7+ yesterday so I got rid of that mess, managed to flush the soil down some, the yellow spots are gone, she isn't doing the droopy leaves and she is perky. I think I lucked out on this save. I mean she is fighting to grow for sure, she has so many new nodes just all over the place, she is just so small and short. Now my concern is will she flower? She is at the 8 week mark. I will not water her again for at least another week, and probably just LS at 5.8-6.2

Funny thing is, she almost looks like a 6 inch tall Screen of Green! So bushy

Testing run-off is notoriously bad information. Get a good Soil Probe Accurate 8 or BlueLab soil probe. learn how to use and maintain it. Then you can test the PH in the root zone where it counts. You should also have a good EC meter (not a TDS meter). These are important tools for indoor growing along with temperature and humidity sensors.
