Do you think I should feed her a bit more now, or just wait? I fed her a few days ago

all good otherwise mate,.... that pot bottom, does look like a bit of fungal action there,.. what;s you T and RH%? Is it so cold that you need the heat mat? Root zone T is critical, not just air/ambient T,.... either way, get a saucer that has contouring in it so as to allow air movement under the pot... persistent moisure promotes this moldy crap! Neem oil or other food safe fungicide will knock it down, even a potassium bicarbonate spray.....I was thinking that the bottom of the pot looked like a salt build-up. Is it like grains of salt when you rub it between your fingers or is it like powder? If granular then you are not fertigating to enough run-off and salt is building up on the bottom of the pot. It could also happen if the pot is allowed to sit in the run-off until it evaporates. Get it up on a stand to allow run-off to be removed with a towel or big syringe. If powdery then a type of mold. Once again get it up for drainage and air circulation. IMHO 64°F is too cold at night I recommend 68°F as a minimum but heating from the bottom is a bad idea. Get a small tubular space heater and keep the environment warm not just the pot.
The best diagnostic pictures can be taken with an inexpensive 5000K CFL or LED bulb on an extension cord. I will not look bright compared to your grow light but your camera will love it and the colors will be more realistic.
I think I see a pistil in one of the pictures and that would mean she is a girl.
I guess at this point it’s hard to say where the root development is at within that pot. I’m thinking it could be the pot size that has prolonged flowering for your plant. In my limited understanding of Autos, roots hitting the bottom of the pot attribute to growth and flowering.I didn't raise it because I was in line of the thinking that it wouldn't fill a 10 gallon with roots.

I don't know, but I do know this, If each of those new growths are bud sights, and they stretch and go big! I will be one happy camper in a few weeks.I guess at this point it’s hard to say where the root development is at within that pot.
