Hey everyone,
I've just finished a grow of joint doctors betty boo and i must say that it gave me some, if not the best weed i've ever somked!
Anyways because the betty boo were so small plants (i never did my homework on them before i got the seeds" this time i did and read up on joint doctors chronic ryder as it produces afew bit which is what i'm after' something that will last me from one grow to the next.
If someone could give me some tips on growing these plants or any info i'd be more than grateful" thanks guys

We need to no your soil mix ,nutes used, size of pots, lights,ph of your intake water.

Hey guys,
Im planing to start off in the small starter pots you can get then into 11ltr pots i have, the soil i've got is plagron light mix.
I loaded my last soil with dolomite lime and worm castings plus i used a multi compost which had a high nute content. The plagron only contains enough nutes for the frist week' i have canna nutes here for soil, grow and flower ones, plus im gonna use green dreams bud strom as an addtive" i also have the one part nutes from flairform which is green dream grow and bloom.
I'm not sure as which ones im gonna go with yet?
My seeds are in the starter pots already after starting them in bits of damp kitching paper (i have also had good results with putting seeds in cups of just plan water) but ive also had good results with the damp kitchen paper!
I put 2 seeds in between afew sheets of paper and they opened within 2 days, and i put one in damp soil into my propagator, i only had 3 seeds to start with. I'm gonna order some of joint doctors big bang 2 next week" these have a thc content of 21.1% and as auto plants go is potent so im looking forward to trying the somke.
If someone could give me some hints and tricks, tips, etc i'd be teally grateful thanks guys

I forgot to say im planing to use my 250w cfl through the grow and then use my 600w hps through the flowering, i should just use the 600 all the way coz i got a duel spectrum blub which can be used from start to finish" i have a grow tent which is A=40cm-160cm, B=120-230cm, i think it works out to about a 5 and half 6 foot tent, not very wide but it helps to start them off and then when they start getting to big for the tent ill put them into a room for just them under the 600w.

I would use the CFL's for the first 7-10 days(or until they get there first set of three pronged leaves) then Run them under the HPS for the entire grow, I would actually use both. I would use the CFL for side or supplemental lighting because CFL's do not put out very much heat and can be placed in areas where the light from the HPS is being blocked or isnt reaching. Also I wasn't really sure are you just growing 1 plant or 3?

Also when you say your HID light is dual spectrum do you mean it also has a Metal Hallaide bulb? If that is the case then you want to use the MH bulb from 10 days until the vertical growth slows and flowering begins then you would switch to HPS. Hope this helps and good luck on your grow, also as you probably know Pictures help tremendously! Sending good grow Karma your way

If it is a dual spectrum bulb like a Hortilux then yes you can and in my opinion should use it for the whole grow, well after the 7-10 day mark.

The bulb i got is a sunmaster 600w hps i think? I'm not to good with the names of things like hps hid, but its a duel spectrum to be used throghout the whole grow, i have a maxicrop ballast then which i use with that sunmaster bulb. I fucked up coz i should have put the seeds once they opend into the 11tr pots i have instead of the starter pots which i went with. Yes i am gonna grow the 3 plants which are joint doctors chronic ryder plus im gonna get joint doctors big bang 2, which will be 6 plants in total then!

Ok got cha, in that case yes I would use the CFL's only to start them and after they have grown there first set of leaves or two(it just depends on your preference) then I would use both the HID(High Intensity Discharge) and the CFL after that for the rest of the grow.

I was woundering if you or anyone else could help me out with the truth, is it true or just shit that if you ran your lights for 23 hrs and just give an hr of darkness to make the crop done in less days than your 18/6?
