Well, I just started a batch of Eek's CBD Oil using 3.8 oz of fresh leaves and stems. Eek, I am guessing that the weights in your recipe were for dry material so I cut back on the oil an only added enough to cover. If that is not correct let me know and I will add more oil.

Also cooked up a batch of Fried Canna Oil that is cooling now.

Mrs. Oldster has been having trouble sleeping and I am hoping one or the other will help.

Eek, if you have any other recipes that are good for sleep could you post when you have a chance?

Well 6 days into the process and all is well so far. The plant material is all crispy and the oil a nice dark green at this point. Smells and tastes ok at this point, I am using coconut oil since it is more heat stable

It looks like it will be fine. You can adjust the recipe, but you still want it as strong as you can stand.

Well It has been 2 weeks since I started my batch. Since it was not nearly as dark as what Eek showed I decided to remove the old material and add more fresh material. Back to cooking!

Yeah, adding more material, I am sure it will be okay. I have had them bottles for about a month and a half, and even thick, they show no signs of going bad.
