Live Stoner Chat Irish newbie looking for enlightenment!

Welcome to AFN bud! Lots of great advice on here already! Would definitely recommend getting your journal going and posting pictures of your grow box ideas; better to have eyes on it that have done it before than working your butt off only to find out you need to go back and do something over. Also definitely look into Low Stress Training; it'll be your Godsend when you're working with limited vertical height (and to nitpick with bisterino, it's my opinion you can't LST enough haha! If you are noticing adverse reactions from LST; you're not doing it Low Stress enough!)

Glad to have you on here; getting excited just reading all these posts. Can't wait to see your stuff bro! Take care! :karma Cloud:

Arrrgh! Nitpicking? Listen Son Of Hobbes. I don't have to come here for disagreements - I'm married!

Just kidding, seems valid, perhaps the fact that I do it all in two weeks is too stressfull. Is it something you do right through the grow? I used to when I was doing photo's with thier longer life cycle.

Welcome Bilbo ^_^

Sounds like you got lots of nice advice! I've ran a cab that small before with one (largeish) CFL - the biggest issue in a small cab is heat and smell - even with CFLs unless your room is quite cool and well ventilated, the box will get hot so you'll need extration to a carbon filter (probably outside the cab because room is a premium).

You can still grow some awesome meds in a small cab! :) - just be prepared for the inevitable flowering smell. get a good quiet (but powerfull) out take fan and a nice carbon finter! ^_^

Thanks for all the tips everyone some great food for thought that will really help with the planning. Now time to hit the drawing board! Will get a journal going and post a few pics of the space in the next couple of days.
