Live Stoner Chat Is pinnacle a crooked company?

So I bought a pinnacle vap. It broke about 30 day after buying it. I emailed them about the problem. after a while they got back to me, asking me to send the copy of reciept, which I did. A month went by and I didn't her a word from them. I sent a email and waited again, finialy i sent the a email the let them know I was unhappy with there customers service and would let every one know. Now remember it had been somewhere around two months since I had heard from them. A couple days later i got a response giving me a return # and explaining they had to check with the people i bought it from? So i sent it back. It has now been since 2/25/14 I haven't heard a word from them. I sent them emails asking what the status is. Still won't respond? What do I do? Should i send them a a more agressive email or what.
 
If nothing else, they are being evaxive, and that is enough for me to not use thier company.

Let us know if they don't give your money back.

Tell them you are on a forum, and was gonna do a vaporizor review on it. International forum.

Don't threaten, just know where to not spend your money anymore. Lesson learned. I mean, do what you can to recover your loss, but I would not be rediculous about it (btw, I don't think you are sounding rediculous now, lol).

When I eat at a restaurant, and end up hating the service or the food. I just pay the check AND the tip (it is part of thier income). But choose not to go back to that place of business. Then I tell all my friends. All three of them, heh heh heh

If they were interested in a good business, they would treat your better I think.

Thanks for responding master eekman. I will let everyone know how this turns out. It really bums me out that companys take advantage of people and won't stand by there product.
 
I`ve read a few posts(here and there) similar to yours. I`m in agreement with you about this! I own a PP and the mouthpiece reed snapped(my situation is slightly different. I may go in to details another time, but not right now...). I think the actual unit is great, but there are design flaws, no doubt, and the warranty seems t`cover very little! "Swivel" Still a great,stealthy portable but if you go over level 3, you increase your chances of `grief`! Customer service is lacking imho...

...I should point out that I Don`t think they`re crooked...just struggling t`deal with sorting out a rather more complicated problem, than anyone first envisaged! "My 2 cents" :peace:

I don't know, not answering emails is very shaddy. i liked the thing too up until it broke. My wife and i owner operate a small business I know what its like, someone over there is chosing not to respond to my emails. All it would take is a quick note saying they got it and are working on it. I personaly hate buying thing from big business that think they are too big to worry about what us little
people think. Or that they don't need our business. I don't care if they make a good product if they won't even respond to a customer or back there product.
 
So I emailed them two days ago, again. this will be the last time I will try. I found a wholesale # also, left a message.
