Live Stoner Chat is the uk about to show some common sense

Salutations TaNg,

Seen from my side of the Atlantic ocean i'd comment i've got the « create tax revenue » and « cannabis = dope » lines loud and clear as that's all it's always been about anyway. More bigotry draped with virtue.

Well... Wouldn't a rapist argue « i had to get her (if not, please let me have her, again!): she's a whore. »

Ah, and the « health problems associated with cannabis use », euh... I dunno!

To me that specific subject usually evokes cases of extreme abuse that caused severe prejudice, sometimes even death over cannabis. As i've pointed out recently on this board, children get kidnaped by the states in so-called developped parts of the world, yet we don't hear much about them on the late TV news, for some obscure reason - which simply eludes me actually!

I mean it's tragic but public media has other priorities than to inform honest citizens about persons killed for no good motive, in their name and that of children, precisely. At least that's what the treaties said i think, to protect society and its children, m'well we heard that before didn't we?!! In any case, there are places where police can steal property if cannabis is involved, etc., etc... Etcetera!

:wall:

Last but nost least i'll complement with jobs jeopardized after a "drug" test and so on!... These things happen but not all at once everywhere, how come?? If it's true justice then why ain't it universally applied all over the Commonwealth countries???

:2cents:

Perhaps the correct answer to my little riddle is this: that's because laws and police are NOT about justice after all, they get paid to apply "the law" while the later is concocted by politicians under not so-democratic lobbying influence behind closed doors, etc.

...

At least i appreciated this explanation when i read it, probably here or nearby. The problem is the twisted application of an unjust bigot law for starters, and the laws must be "harmonized" with the international ones with very little concern for public consultations and democracy in general. Lobbies do have their heavy word, i suspect. The media guys won't complain if that works for them neither, etc. So to me that prohibition thing is no more than a collective assault and a masquerade. Briefly put it's always been about bigotry, endorsed by numerous levels of authority including The Chief of Commowealth (i also mentioned her elsewhere previously) and this happens to be Queen Elizabeth, i believe. So...

:coffee2:

Why on earth and heavens is that individual so absent while holding such a powerful position??

Perhaps it would help our comprehension, mine in any case, if someone could hypothesize as to what holds The Chief of Commonwealth from addressing the United Nations which bigotry caused to fail so miserably it seems. Is that too naïve of me to hope of such a simple fix to all the non-sensical cannabis-related events going on since Queen Victoria (actually cannabis was listed as "poison" in "Cédule A" of the "Loi de Pharmacie de Québec" of 1885, e.g. while Cannada still was a British dominion)?

And while i'm at it, why do we even feel useful/necessary to justify ourselves with obtuse/violent talking-apes targeting us?!? It seems to me the problem is them and their bigotry, so i'd be in favour of anti-bigotry laws, to compensate...

:rolleyes1:

There was a recent article establishing similarities between the present situation and past waves of opression, against homosexuals in particular. For all i know the relative respect this group has gained over a matter of decades wasn't exactly obtained by conforming to existing bigot medical models - imagine back in those days! So... No. Of course not.

It turns out few guys 'n galls found their own place in society after whining about some medical condition requiring a medically-approved sex treatment aimed to meet their natural/legitimate human needs, euh...

:rolleyes2:

Not that i ever heard of anyway! So, i'm adressing the reader in general, if not them why us? Why bend and conform to a bipolar system separating the miserable suffering 'n dying victims from criminalized worrysome "stonners" representing a possible risk to children and the like?...

Why not display rows of cannabis junkies installed on crucifixes for the amusement of drunk legislators, right in front of parliaments?... I write this and i feel it's becoming so gross, and yet i didn't dream all this (until the crucifix visualization, that is!).

Too bad! Cannabis isn't a desease, i's normal and if there are "health problems associated with cannabis use" then lets simply garantee every cannabis consumer will receive proper information as to existing altervatives, because the "driver" determines the consumption profile (and more) i believe.

But it doesn't/won't happen. Instead governments and industry so preoccupied by our well-being appear to be geared toward inventing even more unjust laws (expect e-Cigs to be hit eventually!) meant to exploit us for, euh... Because cannabis is a vicious dependancy i guess. So in the end it's not The Queen but God i shall blame, poor me... Dealing with The Old Mighty himself!!

Ayoye!

Obviously there somehing wrong with modern language and violence banalisation, i'm lost in conjectures. If i were such a sophisticated individual as Elizabeth The Queen, m'well... I'd need a sex change 1st and that's a medical impossibility at the moment! Ha! Ha!

So lets only pretend he's my clone, actually, euh... Clone, cannabis... :smokeout:

Anyway. It wouldn't be long i'd pick my Royal-Gold cellphone and require everyone across my kindom to have access to any consumption tool he shall prefer - except the Arizers and Volcano - because it's Me, The Monarch! That's it or the guillotine...

:joy:

Now, personally as an omnipotent being i'd certainly choose to promote science & research on Inlet Auto-Conditioned IH Cannabic devices: 1st things first! Euh... But that's just me. Unfortunately.

Look at Obama, didn't it take him quite a long while to finally demonstrate some kindness for victims of a racist carceral system or what? ... Is Her Majesty really as powerless?...

I genuinely wonder.

Good day, have fun! :peace:

I'm honestly more worried about getting caught drug driving now, I never drive stoned anymore but there's lots in my blood lol

I know, i think to keep safe its best to drive a sensible vehicle, keep it clean, taxed and serviced and don't give them any reason to pull you over

.. like blue does

Hey Blue, keep on rollin'. It's good to see that you've got to grips with a spot of colour coordination, it seems to evade so many cyclists.

I'm finding that I use my bike more now as a means of transportation than just a way to get some exercise, I hope there's room for a http://fatladattheback.com/. Were all those benches really put there so I can stop for a crafty reefer though?

Wow :jawdrop:...You`ve dropped a few pounds blue, nice work! :muahaha:
:note:

Legalize it! Clean up the black market, empty crowded jails, provide tax revenue, decrease use of "hard drugs". Just a no brainer. Society will gain more than it loses. Let us not forget the true medical aspects of the plant: reduction in stress/anxiety, pain relief, help with insomnia, and possibly a cure or treatment for various cancers, etc. And without poisoning your liver.
