If I could offer one small bit of advice; when it comes to the authorities, whoever they are, LEO, prosecutors, judges, magistrates, whomever. Keep your mouth shut, respond with sir and ma'am, OER no information, and perhaps only speak through your attorney. Bad mouthing only makes things worse for you and easier for them too as they can see they are getting to you. Oh and I would keep your dreams of revenge a bit closer to the vest as it were. That's another gotcha in all of this and more ammunition for the authorities to come down on you.
Peace, my friend, I hope it comes out OK in the end. Always remember that it was your choice to grow where it is not legal to do so and the responsibility is ultimately yours, as painful as that may sound.

Consider how your actions will affect your future before carrying them out. Please do that to avoid turning an utterly shitty situation into something much worse.

Oh how true. Sadly. I was in real tight with my Step-son for the longest time and "brought him into my tent", to share the green delights that we love so dearly.
Long story short- we've had a great falling out and now I constantly fear him having a Bad Hair Day and narking me out.
As much as the Sharing experience gave us both great vibes and energies, I wish I hadn't done it...
