The laws in Sweden is well fucked up my friend.
Here it is illegal to have thc in your blood so you dont even have to be caught in the act so to speak.

If the pigs here think you look suspicious...red eye cotton mouth etc etc...they can make you leave a urine sample and if you have thc in your blood you will get a fine and a raid at your house.

Its kinda "1984" in many ways in Sweden and thats make me really sad.
And the worst thing is that the police is so brainwashed about everything about canna and so is a big big part of the population in Sweden. They really see no difference between canna and heroin... sad but true.

This is one of the reasons that makes it hard for anyone to work for a decriminalisation or legalization here...
If you are to stand up for canna you can expect to piss in a cup and if its positive for canna...fine...raid...get fired from your job...no new job... you big bad criminal.... 1984....

Most of us are surprised that Sweden is not the free spirited hippie ideal of the 60's.

How did it happen.

Like some of our most vicious US conservative politicians became Swedish nationalist. And the police--I see they are just mean. Sometimes, I think EU cops watch all the dumb US Cop style reality shows and re-run over and over video tapes of US surreptitious video tape pole abuses.

Like most European countries (excepting UK) the law is civil code (roman legacy). So the arguing aspect is somewhat limited.

Bet your lawyer can put it to them--even in EU warrant has to met standards and you live in the country. I am thinking we all need to have home/property video surveillance just for this kind of deal--who is hanging around etc.

Kidding aside, It sucks to hear of your predicament. Don't beat yourself up over it too much. I hope its a first offence that if convicted, only brings you a probation or what ever they call it over there. You are in the system now regardless and its going to cost you. Get the best lawyer you can afford, in your situation the old saying that "you get what you pay for" was never truer.

Which ever way it go's for you, you will get through it. Any alternative outcome is unacceptable.
