Best wishes to all on this 4/20! Wish my wife and I could join everyone in denver, but this 4/20 for me will be spent scrubbing a basement and trying to save my grow tent. Because our whole town/area flooded. And I had inches of standing water in our basement including almost up to the vents on my tent! Anyone whos been following knows my family and I have had some shit luck recently. And this is almost the breaking point. Because not only did basement in our current house flood, but one in home we were trying to buy as well. And thats going to be a full gut and remodel project. So you'll all have to go party and smoke out this 420 for me as im not much in the party mood and ive got some salvage work to do.

so after all the craziness recently some how i still have 12 living plants. and right now they are all crammed into one 2x4 tent until i get cabinet finished up tonight and back up and running for two days the plants were in a bedroom with just window light and a standard ceiling light. so they did stretch some but i took the opportunity to rearrange my main tent set up and now have more head room for the girls and better distance on the lights. Pic update soon. i just hope my delay hasn't really set them back. who knows how much flood water they sucked up thru those airpots once they are little drier i'll flush well with RO water.

If you haven't taken possession of the new place yet, then the current owner will be responsible for claim filings and repairs. Of course they will want to sign over the check to you and let you deal with the headaches. On the plus side, you'll get to put power and ducting wherever you want it. Maybe even a secret room.
