You can do it very simple by stabbing 4 sticks in ground and put foil over

[h=2]so the plants have been outside now for roughly 60 days and the weather is turning cooler and damper. I was thinking about buying a small grow tent say 50 x 50 x 100(as my girls are quite small) and putting them under the stairs. Trouble is, will there be enough air in there? I've got a small inline fan and light set up already so I can exchange the air out of the tent but was worried about the air under the stairs getting "stale"???[/h]

Hi Keen, if the air under the stairs has no place to go the temperature and humidity will eventually become a problem. You either need to vent the exhaust or come up with a way of getting fresh air to the tent so you are not just recirculating the same air

That's exactly what I thought, if I leave the door open overnight would that be enough to get clean air in there?

Hard to answer without really knowing the setup. What type of lights do you plan to use? HPS is going to generate a lot more heat than CFL or LED. LED is going to be the coolest running of the lot.

Another consideration is odor. Is that going to be an issue or do you already have a good carbon filter on your exhaust?

Rig some sort of cover outside if that is an option. 1/2 inch plastic pipe is cheap. You can bend it over your plants, stick both ends in the ground and cover with plastic to get some additional time outside.

I've got a 250w cfl in the box and a 4"carbon filter.
ive already got the plants in a tomato tent but I think they've got more than 4 weeks to go and the weather won't be great then. Just wanna make sure I've got all things covered ive worked too hard and long for it to go wrong at the last bit,

Mixed 5lt of PH 6.2 water with 1.5ml grow, 3ml bloom and 2ml of topmax per litre. Watered first thing in the morning.
Just read that we should be having decent weather throughout October maybe even a heat-wave! Music to my ears!
Gonna take some pics when I bring the girls in and upload them later

Hi Keen, yeah we have a warm sunny streak starting here as well. Another 3 to 4 week of decent weather would be awesome in particular for my pollinated girls so the seeds can fully develop. I was just checking one this morning and it has the best blueberry smell. Hope it lasts after she is dried cured.
