Lighting led slow growth help

Just purchased a 9band led with uv and ir. It's 300w galaxyhydro from Amazon. Really like the light but my growth seems very very slow. 17 days on buddha purple kush and her size seems very small for her days. First time running this strain but it still seems like she should be double in size.....tent size is 32x32
All my previous grows were t5 so my reference is only I internet related....is this normal? Maybe not enough lumens?..usually under lit produces long lanky unhealthy growth. I have a second light on the way

check the temps at root/pot level.

Ill post picks soon....average temp 75-80 average humidity is 22-28

Dont know if its the main problem but you need to get ur humidity up to at least 50. That willdefinatly help for sure

Haven't had any problems with lower humidity in the past. Many successful grows before. Light is about 12" above plants

Sorry for the sub par pics had to substitute light. Led's aren't the best for pics.
She just looks small to me. But it's a new strain for me. Anyone else had successful grows with this particular light?

may just be the strain, but I would raise the light to 18-24 at least. I was using cfl's and did the same thing. planf's really reached for the sky once I raised the led.just a thought

I only water 3/4 of a cup every 2 days or so depending on needs. She got first round of nutes today...ff grow big and big bloom 1/2tsp each per gallon and 1/2tsp mycogrow powder my ph is always 6.8
