Lighting led slow growth help

after seein pics I agree with cowboy. she needs some oxygen in them roots.

What kind of temps are you at? My shit was around 20c or 69F and growth was very slow. I had to add lights to bring it up to 76F

how high or low is the light? Usually, with not enough light, you'll get stretch, not slow-no growth. How wet is your medium? young plants need only a minimum of water to keep roots from drowning. Your issue is not your light unless its too close. I run my 300 watt LED at 22" above the plants for seedlings. In 8 months of use, I've never had a problem with seedlings that was related to my light.

All though I dig the recycling I would be cautious of re-using a pot. You never know what diseases were hanging around that nursery. But also like cowboy said I would water less. I'm also growing pk under led, and at day 17 weren't much bigger. Good luck.

Thanks for all the help I've resolved that I'm over watering I believe. My light is about 24" above plants and my recycled pots are always washed thoroughly and sit for about a year empty as I am a landscape contractor. No shortage of pots....lol

Welcome, and good grow karma coming your way. If this is your first full feeding of ff nutes there should be some good growth in a day or so. Water deeply (half to full gallon for 3gal pot) until you get 50% run-off and let it dry with good circulation. FF nutes start salting up, for me, after the third feeding and that salt build up at the bottom and slows growth.
