New Grower light drop for last 2 weeks, yes or no?

Hi guys, on my 2nd grow with 5 automazars, I was wondering if dropping the light back to 12/12 for the flush period would benefit or hinder my bud production, my buddy tried this and it seemed to work out for him and his auto NLl, any advice is welcome, I am currently on day 55 of my grow, going to let em run for 90 days give or take.cheers AFN

There is no real proven study that says there is any benefit to going 12/12.If you trust your friends advice try it and see what happens.
