Grow Mediums LittleBear - Northern Delights Auto (VIP Seeds), Hempy

Beans just in! Among other things, 3x Northern Delights (VIP Seeds). Not seeing a ton of info on these (perhaps in the Spanish forums? My not-English is terrible!) so I figured I would chronicle here.

This round I will be utilizing the following:
Dyna Gro line of nutrients
2.5 Gal Hempy
600 watt veg/1200 watt flower (3 per light)

Excited about these, the company line apparently with these guys is 'quality genetics at actually affordable prices'. If the yield and potency are as described, I think these guys will start seeing a lot more business soon, I'll certainly be checking out more of the autos if these are proper. Looking to LST heavily, might scrog but most likely will aggressively LST. Germing in Jiffy pellets, I'll post pics once they breach the soil.

Harvest Indoor: 65 days

This automatic variety was a challenge for our breeders, we been searching for a while the bouquet of NL5 x Haze, also wanted an automatic plant with that intense flavour and effect. For this we change the recipe a bit, using haze genetics to get it. By making this Cruze we were surprised because our Northern Delights gave a remarkable height and weight, to that effect and taste searched, they were ready in 65 days!. A wonderful plant to all lovers of NL5 x Haze, you gonna get surprised, no doubt.

Everyone germed! Will try to get some pics up tonight, I had one slower lady that was scared to shed her seed casing (we got it off, no worries )

Time for an update! Been hectic around these parts.

Day 14

These have been pretty set it and forget it, a little nitrogen def early on, but beyond that, no issues. Upping the feed a bit (they are a lil pale imo), may apply foliar nitrogen (fish emulsion) if the problem doesn't correct itself in a few days. These look more indica dom when compared to the Fastbuds West Coast OG, not quite as vigorous (you can tell the WCOG are a bit more hybrid), but still some pretty vigorous plants compared to other autos I've grown. Good shit so far

Day 21:

Bawls. Bawls everywhere.

LOL, not quite, but, one of these (the largest, most delicious looking one of course) has nuts. Was doing a garden check after I found one of these damping off (the second most vigorous, suddenly stopped growing for a few days, it had started to damp off at the top of the jiffy plug) when I noticed this VIP was 100% male. Observe:

Dicks abound Was planning to cull the sickly one, and I'm about to go take this one out back and beat it to death, so that leaves only one Northern Delight left in rotation. I'll journal it, but I'm kinda disappointed with all this (I could have accepted losing only the damped off one, it would have been my poor cultural practices to blame, but not a goddamnable male in a pack of feminized seeds). 2/3 DOA. Hopefully the smoke more than makes up for all the hassle
