Well it looks like you have everything you need to winterize. I've never performed the technique myself, but I've read the teq online (linked below) quite a few times since I've loved the product so much. From what I understand, winterization or dewaxing involves removing the outer waxes and lipids of the trichome head, referred to as the cuticle in the image below. Further, as the vesicles and cells in the trichome head themselves have lipid membranes, winterization aids in removing them as well. By removing these inactive waxes and lipids you have a product which I subjectively find to be much smoother to inhale, slightly to moderately more potent, and incredibly stable. Edit: And by the way, I believe the teq for ethanol, BHO, rosin, or whatever kind of shatter you have is still the same. I can't imagine why it would be different. Also, there's a dry ice teq somewhere, just an alternative to the to keep the process really cold.
