Welp, got the rest of the SD harvested and into the Cannatrol. I decided to let the Strawberry kush amber up a bit more for some sleep meds. She was all cloudy with almost no amber when I checked this morning. So I’ll give her a week. :pass:
 

I love how they sell a dark window tint for the door, presumably to hide what is inside, but with the brand name still front and center on top.

I have one with, one without…

I am on the fence.. On one hand, I do want one because my curing methods leave a bit to be desired. On the other hand, I cannot legally grow enough to justify the cost.
 
Welp, looks like those two quarts of fermenting garlic/honey are a loss. The pH is above 4.4 now in both jars. That means I cannot be sure there are no botulism toxins already in the mix.

There probably isn't, but that is really not worth taking the chance.

I think for the next batch I will use vinegar (2.3 pH) vs the kombucha (3.4 pH) to lower the pH of the honey.

On the bright side, at least I caught it early
