Yeah, love me some fresh Hatch Green Chili Burgers!
I made one last week and made sure I had hardcore munchies to enjoy it that much more!
Big bun and meat! I was looking and wanting more after finishing. I was STUED, it was just so damn good!

Buy better jars. When packing hot you need to take them right out of the Dishwasher too hot to handle or heat them to 140°F in the oven or fill with hot water after they have been sterilized. Fill one at a time if your house is cold. I think I have broke less than 5 in 50 years of home canning.

@Mañ'O'Green @WildBill any tips for keeping jars that aren't totally full from floating around? I've had every problem you could have over the years trying to do oil infusions in a water bath. Cooking problems too with jars. Super pain in the ass cleaning broken jars that were full of cheesecake, or jars with eggs, or cleaning oil off the circulator Too many crack when I put them in, or roll over when I take a weight off I actually gave up on it and went to bags with stainless weights in them that worked really well, but I don't like the plastic at those kinds temps

The only thing I can say man is pack those jars. Grandma was really adamant about that!
