Going to fem some of them. have 2 phenos, a red and a white. The red pheno has oodles of red pistils that turn chocolate brown when ripe. Other than that they are very uniform

I've Thought for ways of showing a bit Perspective into shots..lie using a Standardised Mug...can..fert bottle in shots...simple stuff we can all get our Hands on....so we have a Standard to judge with.... ..that's the Best I've seen......

Browning.....?

Brown onions in the pan First.......let them colour up More than this.......you are After the Colour in the pan........


Empty them into something.....Turn the gas up....then throw the steak in the pan..

and in 2 minutes you have this much browning...........

Handy when you Like medium/rare steak..but still want the colour......the Onions done it......
