As far as Myco...yes. I use Arbico Organics Root Build 240 early on, and Myco Supreme at the first sign of stretch. I use the NPK RAW products in between..

Thanks for posting, and interesting study.

I have been decarbing hard deliberately to produce CBN, but so far, doing so has not significantly improved sleep results as far as I can tell. As the study suggests, the jury is out. One thing for sure is that commercial suppliers will jump on whatever lore might help marketing, includinig complete BS if that might sell a bit more.

@Fermented_Fruitz, Tried to order some of those Hyopsis mites and Arbico would ship "live" things to my state...Any other companies that sell beneficial bugs?

I've used nature's good guys off amazon but not sure if they have predator mites I do know they have nematodes, ladybugs, mantis, and lacewings

Nope @BCBudlady ...me mother broke her femur December....she's been in hospital/care since.

My Bro..Son and Niece have been doing all the work/visits....so it is to try to give them all a week off.

Plus..though she wants to be out and back home.....after 8 months in hospital...I'm expecting her to crack up a bit when she gets out.....so...Need to be there....

If I've got to go back regular......I might need to get a phone..........last time I was in the airport for my return flight I got a 2 hour delay.........went looking for the phones...they'd moved.......

couldn't find them anywhere......stopped a cleaner to ask and he says oh no...they took all the phones...computer consoles.....water fountains out because of Covid and haven't replaced them........


If he hadn't lent me his phone to ring...hubby would have been sat in the airport for almost 3 hours waiting and wondering.

Yeah.....if I go out here...I'm with hubby...and he has a phone........

Ditto when we used to go to the UK together.....but since hubbys mother died..there is no need for him to go back to the UK...

So true! If you buy cheap honey at the grocery store it's likely to be Chinese with the pollen removed. Local natural honey is good for you and your immune system.
