I never have any problem answering any kind of questions you want.

Mixing all that stuff will take some time and a good deal of work ......to do it properly.
Hopefully it's significantly cheaper than what the 3.0 would be, for the work that you got to do.

You're still gonna want some earthworm castings and compost with some straw or crappy hay.

Coast of Maine lobster compost is great. You might be able to get it local but it's easily available on Amazon.

The best earthworm casting is are the ones that you make from your own worms. Big box store bought will work, but barely . You can get song at BAS but it's fairly expensive .
The kit comes with straw (I believe) and worm castings for sure. The cover crop is the only thing Id have to purchase seperate from the kit itself. It even comes with a 100 gallon grassroots bag to do the mixing in, and I dont mind doing the mixing myself. It also comes with a bag of compost too

I'd just get a nice really big tarp to mix that up on.
Spread your biggest ingredients out first then evenly spread all the others. Rake it thoroughly. Pick the sides up of the tarp to move the contents to the center. Rake everything back out and rake it again. A couple of cycles of that should work.
When potting up that bed, add a layer and wet it down with a sprayer. Keep doing that till it's filled.

Good Morfnoevight all you Hump day Stoners!

I remember welding on this old farm trailer laying underneath it. I was using an old Lincoln DC stick welder. Even though I had a good ground connection to the trailer when I struck an arc It shot a bolt right through my shoulder to the ground. Evidently I was so sweaty that the salt water made a better path to ground. shit that really hurt. I always laid on a rubber mat after that.

Smash burger and fries for dinner last night.
